Himalayan salt is a finite geological gift, and we mine it the way our grandfathers did: by hand, with respect for the seam and for the people who work it. Sustainability at Al Goher Trader means the mine, the town of Quaidabad, and the buyers who depend on us can all count on the same standards decades from now.
Hand-Mining, Not Blasting
Warcha crystal is extracted using traditional room-and-pillar methods that leave the mine structurally sound and avoid the waste and dust of mechanized blasting. Hand selection at the seam means only the crystal worth shipping leaves the mountain, and grading by eye and hand keeps quality decisions with experienced miners rather than machines. Community & Fair Work
As one of the oldest salt businesses on Warcha Salt Mine Road, we are a year-round employer in Khushab District. Mining, cutting, carving, and packing are all done locally, so export value stays in the community that produces it. Buyers who visit the factory meet the same families who have worked these seams for generations.
Responsible Product & Packaging Choices
Our salt is unrefined and additive-free — no anti-caking agents, no bleaching — and offcuts from tile and lamp production are crushed into edible, bath, and feed grades rather than wasted.
