Hamdani Salt Factory is where Warcha crystal becomes export product: more than 10,000 tonnes of annual capacity, running around the clock, with every process — mining, sorting, cutting, carving, crushing, and packing — under one family's control since 1990.
From the Seam to the Saw
Miners bring crystal out by hand using room-and-pillar methods, and each rock is graded at the seam by color and clarity: signature pink, dark red-pink, rare white, and gray. At the factory, diamond saws cut tiles and bricks to tight tolerances, the carving workshop turns crystal into shaped lamps and candle holders, and calibrated meshes screen edible and bath grades from fine to extra coarse.
Quality Control & Packing
Every lamp is weighed into honest weight bands, drilled, and fitted with a base, cord, and bulb; dimension-critical products are checked with calipers before packing. Retail lines get printed unit boxes inside master cartons; bulk moves in 25/50 kg bags, jumbo bags, or shrink-wrapped pallets built for sea freight. The same discipline that passes Halal, Kosher, and ISO 9001 audits for food-grade salt applies to every crafted piece.
